Coaching Discovery Call — What to Expect & How to Prepare Thank you for booking your consultation. I’m looking forward to our conversation. 🔍 What This Call Is This session is a key part of your coaching onboarding process. It’s a chance for us to connect properly, explore your goals in more depth, and ensure we’re a strong mutual fit before committing to a coaching partnership. You can expect: A 45–60 minute video or phone call (your choice) Space to reflect on your goals, challenges, and priorities Time for you to ask questions about how I coach, what’s included, and how it would work for you ✅ Make the Most of Our Session To get the most value from our conversation: ✔️ Find a quiet space where you can focus ✔️ Bring any current race goals, niggles, or training questions ✔️ Be open—mindset, nutrition, life stress… it all counts This is your space to ask anything, reflect honestly, and be heard. I’ll be listening closely so we can build a coaching experience that feels personal, purposeful, and built around you. 📅 Booking + Cancellation Your call has been confirmed — no need to rebook. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your place in the coaching roster. 🤝 Fit First Coaching is a two-way commitment.
