Welcome to Run Smile Inspire. By using this website, purchasing coaching services, attending events, or ordering merchandise, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.
1. Website Use

2. Coaching Services
a. Scope of Services
Coaching may include:

Personalised training plans

Nutrition guidance

Mindset support and education
These services are tailored to your goals but are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any programme.
b. Client Responsibilities
By joining coaching, you agree to:

Provide honest, up-to-date health and lifestyle information

Take ownership of your training, feedback and consistency

Understand that results vary and depend on personal effort, health, and external factors
c. Payment Terms

Coaching is billed monthly via Wix and auto-renews until cancelled.

Introductory discounts (e.g. 30% for first 3 months) apply only as specified and revert to standard pricing thereafter.

Payments are secure and managed through Wix or approved third-party systems.
d. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel anytime by emailing runsmileinspire@gmail.com or via your Wix account.

Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds are not available for partial months, as coaching is personalised and delivered upfront.

If you wish to return after cancelling, you may be placed on a waitlist, as coaching places are limited.
e. Limitation of Liability
You participate in coaching at your own risk. I am not responsible for injuries, health conditions, or other outcomes related to your training. You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
3. Events
Beecraigs Backyard Ultra
By registering for the Beecraigs Backyard Ultra, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, and changes to your entry.
1. Registration and Entry

All registrations are handled via EntryCentral.

Entry fees are non-refundable and non-deferrable, except where specified below.
2. Refund Policy
-
We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, changes in personal circumstances, or travel disruption.

Participants are encouraged to consider purchasing optional sign-up insurance during registration (see Section 3).
3. Sign-Up Insurance via XCover
-
EntryCentral partners with XCover (formerly Booking Protect) to offer optional sign-up insurance for events with an entry fee of £40 or more.

If selected during registration, XCover covers a range of unforeseen circumstances such as:

Injury or illness (including COVID-related)
-
Vehicle breakdown
-
Family emergency
-
All claims must be made directly through XCover. The event organiser has no role in the assessment or outcome of claims.

4. Transfers

Participant transfers are allowed, subject to the following conditions:

You must email the Race Director at runsmileinspire@gmail.com to request a transfer.
-
All transfers are subject to approval and a £10 administrative fee.

Transfer requests must be received no later than 7 days before the event date.
-
Once approved, your entry can be transferred to another named runner. No on-the-day changes are permitted.
5. Deferrals

As this is the inaugural edition of the event, we cannot guarantee that a future edition will take place. Therefore, entry deferrals are not offered at this time.
6. Event Changes or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the race must be cancelled (e.g. due to extreme weather, venue closure, or government restrictions), we will do our best to:

Reschedule the event, or
-
Offer partial credit toward a future event (where applicable and feasible)

Please note that we may be unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellation due to fixed and non-recoverable costs already incurred.
7. Acknowledgement of Risk

You acknowledge that trail running carries inherent risks. By entering, you confirm that you are medically fit and able to participate, and accept full responsibility for your involvement.
4. Merchandise
a. Pricing & Payments

Product prices are shown clearly and may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely via Wix or approved third parties. Additional charges (e.g. shipping, VAT) may apply.
b. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

I am not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
c. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

Refunds exclude shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Contact me within 7 days of receiving damaged items for a replacement or refund.
5. Affiliate Links & Advertising

Some site content contains affiliate links, which may earn a small commission (at no cost to you).

Ads may appear through third-party platforms. I do not control their content or guarantees.
6. Limitations of Liability
I make every effort to ensure the site, coaching services and products function as intended, but:

7. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms of Service as laws, services or business needs evolve.
