Service Description
This comprehensive 60-minute outdoor assessment is designed to understand YOU as a unique runner and create a clear pathway for your improvement. Whether you're new to running, getting back into it, or looking to break through plateaus, this session provides the foundation for all your future progress. What happens in your assessment: Movement screening - how your body moves and where we can improve efficiency Running gait analysis - we'll analyse your technique on different terrain Current fitness and ability evaluation - understanding your starting point Goal setting session - clarifying what success looks like for you Confidence and mindset assessment - identifying any mental barriers Personalised action plan - your next steps with specific recommendations (post-session via email) Following the session, I will issue you with: Clear understanding of your strengths and areas for development Specific drills and exercises tailored to your needs Confidence-building strategies for immediate implementation Recommended training approach for your goals Option to continue with regular coaching sessions Perfect for: New runners wanting to build proper foundations Experienced runners hitting plateaus or dealing with recurring issues Anyone returning to running after time off or injury Runners lacking confidence or direction with their training Young athletes developing fundamental running skills Location: Various outdoor locations across Scotland - chosen based on your needs and goals
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy - 1:1 In-Person Run Coaching Sessions Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked at least 1 week in advance Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your session Payment accepted via bank transfer or card payment through our booking system A booking confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours Cancellation Policy 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or free rescheduling to another date Less than 12 hours notice: No refund, but session can be rescheduled for 50% of original fee Coach cancellation: Full refund or priority rebooking at no additional charge Weather Policy Sessions run in most weather conditions (it's Scotland after all!) In severe weather (high winds, lightning, icy conditions), sessions will be rescheduled at no charge Light rain is perfect for building mental resilience - bring appropriate kit! What to Bring Appropriate running kit for the weather Water bottle Any specific trainers you'd like assessed Willingness to try new things and have fun! Location Sessions take place across various locations in Scotland Specific meeting point will be confirmed 24 hours before your session Travel time between locations is included in the session duration Health & Safety Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before your session You participate at your own risk and should ensure you're fit to undertake physical exercise Public liability insurance is in place for all coaching sessions Rescheduling Sessions can be rescheduled up to twice without penalty (with 48+ hours notice) Questions?
