Where are you based, and can I train with you in person?I’m based in Bathgate, Scotland, and for local runners, I offer optional in-person sessions as an extra—priced per session. We’ll focus on sharpening your running technique and form, crafting a bespoke drills plan, and setting goals to boost your game. You can also opt for 1:1 training runs or join me for social trail runs to soak in the joy.

What equipment or tools will I need?A GPS watch is all you need. A heart rate monitor is recommended but not essential. Access to Final Surge (downloadable app completely free to you) will be provided.

How many clients do you work with at a time?I work with a highly limited number of athletes to ensure every client receives the full investment of my time and expertise. This exclusivity allows for a truly bespoke coaching experience.

Do I need to be an ultrarunner to work with you?Not at all! I started with Couch to 5K, so I love coaching beginners just as much as ultra vets. Whether it’s your first mile or a 100-miler, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you grow.

How much does coaching cost, and what’s the commitment?Coaching starts from £100/month, billed monthly via Wix. I offer two coaching tiers: Evolution – £100/month: Structured support for experienced, independent runners. Includes a monthly 1:1 call, weekly voice-note feedback, and a tailored 4-week plan. Revolution – £200/month: High-touch, whole-person coaching with weekly calls, unlimited plan updates, and deep support across mindset, fuelling, recovery, and behaviour change. There’s no long-term contract—just a rolling monthly commitment. You can pause or cancel with 7 days’ notice, and you’re free to move between tiers as your needs evolve. Many runners start with Revolution to build confidence, structure, and momentum—then shift into Evolution once they feel more self-led. Others begin with Evolution and choose to upgrade when they’re ready for deeper coaching and transformation. I keep my coaching roster small so I can offer real, individualised support. How do I apply for coaching?You’ll need to complete an application form to join the programme. Once reviewed, successful applicants will either secure a space or be placed on a waiting list if spots are full.

What happens if I’m placed on the waiting list?If spaces are full, you’ll be added to the waiting list and notified that you’ve been placed on it. You’ll be contacted as soon as a spot becomes available.
