I work closely with a small number of athletes at any one time to ensure deep, individualised support — which means spaces are intentionally limited.
I coach the whole athlete. That means physical training, yes — but also movement quality, proprioception, mindset, nutrition, and, most importantly, the tools to bounce back when things wobble (because they will). Together, we focus on building not just performance, but resilience and autonomy.

Here’s how the process works:
I’ll personally review your application and respond within 3 days.
If we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to book a short call — no pressure, just an honest conversation.
If we both decide to go ahead, I’ll send a payment link. Coaching starts 7 days after payment, giving me time to review your history and build your personalised strategy and plan.
If I’m at capacity, you’ll be offered a place on the priority waitlist.
If I don’t feel it’s the right fit, I’ll always let you know — with honesty and respect.
